Towering Blue Guardian

First piece installed at the farm house. This is one Davingy’s favorites because it reminds him of a huge hawk perched, scanning the fields for it’s lunch.

Mounted high atop a weathered wooden post, this sculpture stands sentinel at the entrance to Davingy's Orchard of Art. Looping, candy-coated tubing twists into a watchful, almost owl-like form, its angular cube "eyes" keeping vigil over the vineyard road below. Equal parts streetlamp, road sign, and guardian spirit, it greets every visitor who passes through the gate.
