Charles "E" Chuck Dederich is part of Davingy’s ongoing interest in non-representational “totems” and features a salvaged car bumper, a seamlessly integrated duct, and fabricated wooden platforms. The upright nature and singularity of the work can be compared to a human figure, yet is devoid of any specifically identifiable human forms, leaving the interpretation of the work intentionally ambiguous.
