Borrowing from the artist's early work when he was based near San Francisco's Hunters Point naval shipyard, "Silver Arc" inspires a classical feel despite its modern materials. Metal pipe parts form the connected arcs and coil overhead like a pair of sweeping wings, balanced on two slender metal legs. Akin to a Greek winged hero caught mid-stride, this airy structure appears poised for flight.
